- As the Liberty Military Housing Leasing Manager, you are r esponsible for assisting the Regional Housing Director closely in leading a team in efforts of providing customer service for all prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential community.
- Assist residents with housing questions regarding the move-in process and Basic Allowance for Housing.
- Assists Regional Housing Director closely with other general office duties, special projects and assignments as needed.
- Performs various administrative and computer tasks, lease audits, email communications, input of information / data into various software and information systems (Yardi, and other company-related systems.)
- Assists Regional Housing Director closely with marketing strategies, presentations and meetings pertaining to the overall sustainability of occupancy at a regional level.
- Assists Regional Housing Director closely with creating schedules for the team to best reflect the needs of the business.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred (i.e. Yardi).
