    POSITION SUMMARY

    Client Relationship Managers in our Sales Department are enthusiastic, high performing and responsible for growing relationships and managing a book of business.

    This position proactively contacts clients to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously up-selling and cross-selling products/services within assigned accounts.


    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
    Build long term relationships with clients and key personnel within each assigned account.
    Present, promote and sell products/services to client base
    Meet or exceed sales goals
    Manage, renew, and renegotiate terms with existing clients
    Conduct needs analysis to gain a greater understanding of the client and their business.
    Conduct business reviews to ensure client understands status of account and are satisfied with their products and services.
    Become a business partner by understanding client's goal/concerns and how our products and services can address our client's needs.
    Achieve client relationship target and KPIs as created by the VP of Sales
    Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
    Participate in regional marketing events in territory.
    Participate in sales training and sales meetings as necessary.
    Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, management) to address customers' needs.
    Demonstrate good judgment pertaining to expense control.
    Work with all facets of the organization to help meet our defined corporate objectives.


    REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    Excellent selling, effective communication, and negotiation skills
    Previous account management experience
    Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage numerous accounts
    Strong business acumen
    Active listening and strategic thinking skills
    Enthusiastic, passionate, and positive
    Successful sales experience in the technology industry including managing to a quota
    Proficient in Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learn systems
    Aggressive self-starter
    Current Driver's License and a willingness to travel to meet with clients

    Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
