Job Title: Product Manager (Mid-Level/Senior) - Inpatient Solution Suite

About the Role:

Are you ready to join the Qventus team? We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our Inpatient Solution suite. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Product to enhance our offerings, including analytics, machine learning for discharge planning, and integrated workflow products that empower care teams to automate barrier resolution. Use your expertise to drive the development, execution, and optimization of these critical products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to deliver impactful products addressing real challenges in inpatient care.
- Identify and validate new product opportunities, leveraging a deep understanding of users, market trends, and technology strategy to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the inpatient product line, defining clear problems and requirements for solutions that align with our objectives.
- Engage in the design and development process, managing the product backlog to ensure timely and effective product launches.
- Measure and iterate on product performance post-launch to guarantee they meet our stringent impact standards for users and the business.

Requirements:
- Proven experience guiding enterprise products through the product lifecycle, delivering impactful solutions rapidly.
- Proficiency in developing products utilizing data analytics, AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions within an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology setting.
- High adaptability, transitioning from strategic thinking to hands-on problem-solving seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare operations, particularly in inpatient settings.
