    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Remote Help Desk Agent to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a IT Helpdesk/Service Desk or relatable IT experience.

    MUST HAVE YOUR OWN DESKTOP OR LAPTOP DEVICE WITH OPERATING SYSTEM WINDOWS 10 OR HIGHER. NO CHROMEBOOKS OR MACS ALLOWED.

    MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY TO START ANY SHIFT BETWEEN 8AM TO 2PM EST WHICH INCLUDES WEEKENDS.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams as needed.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Help Desk Agent or in a similar IT support role required.
    • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network troubleshooting.
    • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
    • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
    • Relevant IT certifications (e.
    g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
