Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Journeyman Plumber Pipefitter - 3rd Shift. The candidate will be responsible for replacing and piping in an industrial environment.The hourly rate for this position is $31.45 per hour.
Plan and perform all required operations to install, maintain, and repair water, steam, oil, air, gas, acid, sanitary waste, wastewater, sprinkler, pressure and piping systems, pumps, motor sets, heating and air conditioning equipment, and related apparatus in plant, office and yard areas
Duties involve the application of broad trades or apprenticeship training and experience in improvising or making decisions where only general methods are available requiring considerable initiative and ingenuity.

Inspect, troubleshoot, isolate problems, and repair instruments and control systems for heating, cooling, air, water, and wastewater systems. Regulate combustion equipment and maintain operational logs as required.
Journeymen or three (3) years of documented maintenance experience in an industrial mechanical trade.
Five (5) full-time years' experience or the equivalent to Journeymen level experience.
Ability to problem solve and understand mechanical equipment.
Piping experience in an industrial setting.
Use a normal range of hand tools and pipe-fitting machinery to bend, thread, and cut pipe. Select and assemble proper elbows, unions, couplings, and other fittings.
Operate fork truck as required in the performance of job duties.
