Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Technical Recruiter role located in Cincinnati, OH. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for recruitment communication and assisting in the development of regional recruitment strategies. Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in a technical or engineering environment preferred
• Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources preferred
