    RTB Application Support EngineerWhippany, NJAs a Barclays RTB Application Support Engineer, you will play the role of Application Support Engineer Fraud services within CBP Ops and Tech Shared Services organization and will be directly accountable for managing fraud applications within US Consumer Bank.

    Driving complex and major incidents to resolution

    • Conducting Technical Internal problem record review to feed into the global record
    • Owning the problem management function and work on to reduce the open problem estate by implementing fixes, working with component teams
    • Partnering with PSM (Production Service Manager) for End-to-End Service Management comprising of Technology Audits, Resilience Management, Configuration management,
    • Attending Design Authority Meetings and enforce minimum acceptance & key readiness criteria on all project changes (new features & enhancements)
    • Reviewing test strategy, test cases & test results and provide inputs from an RtB point of view
    Reviewing and approving Operational Acceptance Testing Plan (and execute wherever possible)What we're looking for:

    • Demonstrated experience on presenting technical topics and needs to senior stakeholders, leading large technical programs
    • Experience and detailed grasp of root cause analysis and experience in leading exercises using industry standard monitoring and logging tools
    • Progressive leadership experience managing technical engineering or technical support, including people management experience
    Experience in a development coding role or an infrastructure delivery position focused on distributed systemsSkills that will help you in the role:

    • Hands on experience on Open Systems such as (Linux/Unix, Windows)
    • Hands on experience on Alerting & Monitoring tools like AppD , ELK, Netcool, Kibana
    • Exposure to Application Hosting Platforms such as Websphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat
