Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Store Coordinator Rental Coordinator Construction Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the rental operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong negotiation skills, sales acumen, and excellent customer service. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HEAVY EQUIPMENT, CONSTRUCTION, AND SALES
Salary:$50K – Annually
Responsibilities:
- Manage rental inventory, including tracking availability and scheduling rentals
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with rental inquiries and resolving issues
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote rentals to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records through data entry for rental transactions
- Negotiate rental terms with customers to secure agreements
- Implement sales strategies to drive rental revenue
- Bilingualis a plus Spanish/English
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with sales management practices
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45am to 5pm.
Every other Saturday from 7:45 a.m. to 2pm.
