    Senior Recruitment Manager

    Evette Staffing is a startup founded by tenured healthcare executives. Come join this fast-growing staffing company devoted to placing relief veterinarians in clinics around the nation. As a Recruitment Manager, you are an out-of-the-box thinker who problem solves unique candidate expectations, all while maintaining a "can-do" attitude. In this role, you will source veterinarians to join the Evette relief community

    Location: Hybrid (3 days in office Monday/Wednesday/Thursday) - Must be located in Dallas - Fort Worth Metro Area

    Compensation: Competitive base salary ($60k - $120k) plus commission and full benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    · Provide support in finding qualified candidates for relief veterinarian work

    · Source and recruit veterinary candidates through platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, Tik Tok and internal systems

    · Screen each candidate carefully to find the right match; sticking to a 30-minute call where you talk 20% and the candidate talks 80%

    · Negotiate and provide salary for the candidate, delivering the pay package to their email inbox one-hour after your first-time call is complete

    · Knowledge of job market trends, including keeping an eye on competitors and bringing new insight into unique recruiting opportunities within the industry

    · Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.

    · Performs Additional Duties as Assigned

    · Opportunities to travel for conferences, meet and greets, etc.

    Requirements:

    · 2 years of recruiting experience (healthcare background, experience with running a full desk preferred)

    · Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration

    · Full knowledge and understanding of recruitment

    · STRONG organizational and time management skills

    · MUST be comfortable negotiating and selling our opportunity

    · MUST be comfortable working in a team environment

    · Excellent written and oral communication skills

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Self-starter with a growth mindset mentality
