- Must have 6 months of working in residential, building, or hotel maintenance-related fields utilizing basic principles of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

- Self-motivated with the capacity to efficiently work with minimal supervision.
- Rational decision-making and the capacity to use sound judgment.
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Own and utilize basic hand tools for maintenance work.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Assist in trash pickup on the property.
- Proactively assess and promptly report any unsafe conditions to the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs and sewer clean-outs prior to doing any work for which this information is necessary.
- Change locks and make keys as needed.
- Assist in moving appliances to or from the apartment.
- Adhere to safety standards, using personal protective equipment when needed.
- Routine maintenance of various fixtures such as shutters, doors, and windows.
- Regularly replace A/C filters.
- Perform general plumbing and basic electrical work including replacing/fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans and light fixtures.
- Repair holes in walls and paint.
- Inside and outside work in all types of weather is required.
- Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, kneeling and crouching is required.
- Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.

Job DescriptionPremier Placements is hiring Make Ready / Punch Techs to work temp and temp-to-perm performing turnkey work in vacant apartments to get them ready for the next renter.
Pay: $20 per hour paid weekly each Friday.
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. No weekends, NO ON-CALL
Location: Metro Atlanta. We service communities all around the Metro-Atlanta Area including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties
