Job Description

We are seeking an experienced kitchen detailer/cleaner to join our dedicated staff You will assist in the post cleaning and deep cleaning of commercial kitchens.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all table and counter tops
Scrape and brush all grills and griddles
Detail all flattops and fryers
Sweep and clean all floors
Wash and rinse all floor mats
Clean all filters, drains, and walls
Clean and disinfect all kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Wipe down dishwasher, door handles, and light switches

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning kitchens, janitorial, or other related fields
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning methods
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in teams
Health card recommended
