Job summary
The Manager Theatre Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations by providing optimal guest experience and introducing initiatives to improve guest and team member satisfaction based on established Yaamava Resort Casino standards. Provides operational guidance to assure the smooth operation of shows and events in addition to their involvement in planning developing and maintaining venue schedules to provide Best Class service for performers vendors and team members while prioritizing the Tribes goals priorities in a manner that reflects upholds the Tribes vision mission values.Responsibilities
- Serves as manager on duty during all events ensuring a Best-in-Class entertainment experience enterprise fulfillment Manages event bookings acts as primary liaison with clients determine event requirements Organizes schedules staff based on event size needs enforcing security protocols Oversees team member assignments crowd control box office entertainment reps support performers crews Maintains venue cleanliness safety standards ensures preventative maintenance equipment safe use staff guests.
- Prepares front house elements supplying contractors technical data blueprints seating charts ingress points merchandise locations Advises tour management contractors space usage special arrangements building policies fire regulations Coordinates front house setup operations advances shows tour security partners Public Safety secure welcoming environment artists guests staff vendors Communicates daily run show details security protocols VIP arrivals.
