    Duties and Responsibilities

    We provide direct care and hands-on assistance to individuals in need, including but not limited to bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.

    • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
    • Provide medication reminders and administer medications as directed by RN
    • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
    • Collaborate with care team to document and keep care plans up-to-date
    • Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected at all times

    Requirements

    We require:

    • previous experience and familiarity with aging adult care
    • knowledge of basic healthcare principles and practices
    • understanding of resident rights and regulations in healthcare settings
    • valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
