As a Strategic and Operational Planner, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Indo-Pacific region supporting exercises for the DoD.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) at the Division, CORPS, or ASCC level
• Experience in working with security cooperation directly with multinational partners
• Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Unilateral Exercises
• Ability to project and monitor funding requirements
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience at the brigade level and above
• Experience with organizational leadership
• Experience working for or with a Joint Staff
• Ability to take an exercise from the concept phase, plan the exercise, prepare, and provide a senior-level concept of operation brief
• Ability to brief senior leaders
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
