*Gotham Companies* is looking for *Registered Nurses* for a long term care facility in the New Hyde Park, NY Area.

RNs are responsible for coordination and implementation of resident care on assigned units.

Reporting to the Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse, RNs may also supervise nursing assistants and LPNs while providing outstanding patient-centered care.

*Key Tasks Include:

• Supervise assigned staff members
• Obtain and record initial assessments, and develops and modifies nursing plans and care priorities
• Collaborates with other health professionals in the plan of care
• Monitors and evaluates patient progress and conditions requiring intervention
• Administers medications and treatments
• Assists with diagnostics tests and procedures
• Participates in resident and family education, as well as discharge planning

*Required Qualifications:

• NYS license as a registered nurse
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• At least 6 months prior experience in a long term care or short term rehabilitation setting strongly preferred
• Some hospital in med-surg department experience preferred
• Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19

*Available Schedule(Fulltime, Part-time & Per-Diem): * 7am-3pm

• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

Pay:
$58.00 per hour
