- Minimum 8+ years of experience as Technical Product Engineer responsible for co-development Product vision/roadmap, translating them to Epics, feature and stories and delivering value incrementally in every sprint.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in running Agile/SCRUM ceremonial, effectively hosting and executing annual and quarterly planning activities with IT, POs and significant stakeholders
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development, RDMS, SQL, PL/SQL, etc
