- Work closely with General Managers and Operations Directors to increase sales at each store, particularly focusing on NSOs and key outlets. Strategies include:
- Generating catering leads
- Identifying target clients
- Conducting sample catering events
- Participating in corporate functions
- Monitoring digital submissions to uncover new partnership opportunities
- Maintaining relationships with existing catering clientele
- Being well-informed about the top 20 catering clients of each store
- Establishing automated CRM communications
- Collaborating with catering teams on promotional activities
- Implementing neighborhood marketing tactics
- Engaging with the community and supporting local initiatives
- Contributing to program development and outreach
- Building relationships with schools and engaging in proactive outreach
- Coordinating events that align with the brand
- Exploring sponsorships and new sales initiatives
- Playing a key role in driving sales and visibility during NSOs (New Store Openings)
- Collaborating with Operations and Marketing stakeholders on sales goals and marketing strategies
- Identifying key targets for catering events and training sessions
- Participating in various marketing events to foster connections
- Engaging in meetings and weekly calls to discuss upcoming initiatives and track sales activities
- Providing regular sales reports and analyzing results
- Reviewing store performances quarterly to determine focus areas
- Understanding the competitive landscape, economic trends, and customer demands within the region
- Engaging in networking opportunities with industry peers
- Staying updated on local trends and creatively solving emerging challenges
- Monitoring guest feedback and collaborating on improvements
- Act as a primary contact for marketing and guest interactions within the region
- Manage relationships with property managers and local centers
- Identify and evaluate local marketing opportunities
- Contribute localized content for social media channels
- Participate in company events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Work with Operations to recruit and retain top talent in catering services
- Collaborate with the Sales & Engagement Director on marketing campaigns
- Lead and coach the Catering Team to achieve sales targets
