    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS


    •Ensure the store's effective operation and service the customer base's needs.


    •Operate the store, including budgets and profitability.


    •Maintain effective customer relationships.

    JOB FUNCTIONS


    • Provide consistent, superior service by ensuring that all customer needs are recognized and

    serviced, and satisfaction is always maintained.


    • Achieve sales/budget targets, which include attention to maintaining stock control, gross

    margins and managing cost budgets.


    • Supervise and contribute to all aspects of running the store including selling, purchasing,

    quoting, telesales and material handling.


    • Maintain store safety, tidiness, and orderliness.


    • Ensure all procedures relating to maintenance of equipment are followed.


    • Train and supervise employees, ensuring that they are aware of and adhere to policies and

    procedures.


    • Prepare employee assessment reviews for each staff member at least once annually. This

    function will include recommendations for salary increases, promotions, demotions,

    dismissals, etc.


    • Perform other duties as directed by the Franchisee.
