    Description

    The Contracts Specialist oversees the management, drafting, review, and negotiation of various contracts and agreements. This role involves handling vendor, freelancer, and music licensing agreements, coordinating contract modifications with outside counsel, managing insurance processes, and overseeing contract-related requests in Asana. Additionally, the Contracts Specialist creates and presents client contract summaries to the Client Services and Experience Delivery Groups.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Draft, review, and negotiate agreements ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

    Manage freelancer onboarding agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

    Review and negotiate master agreements, redline as necessary, and coordinate with Accounts Payable.

    Negotiate terms with clients and partners; collaborate with outside counsel on complex agreements.

    Track contract-related tasks in Asana, maintain digital records, and manage insurance documentation.

    Support music licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with copyright laws.

    Develop concise summaries of client contracts and participate in client project kickoffs.

    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cross-platforms.

    Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

    Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field, with a minimum of three years' experience in contract administration or related roles.
