What you'll do:

• Acknowledge, welcome and positively engage all guests at the counter while managing guest expectations
• Answer menu questions - you'll have a full and detailed understanding of all our food and beverages and be able to recommend items and answer any questions
• Take orders - Inputting orders into handheld pos

Requirements

• Open availability on nights and weekends is required
• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service and hospitality skills
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years in full-service restaurant or a counter cashier or beverage professional. High volume experience preferred
• Proven leadership ability and track record of upward career advancement
• Knowledge and experience with our various systems is preferred (Toast, Resy)
