Description

We are looking for a responsible Senior Civil Engineer to look after the construction of a luxury resort in Arpora, Goa.

Candidates with prior work experience in Goa will be preferred.


Roles:
Feasibility assessments and providing estimates

On-site execution of project plans and regular site inspections.

Confidentially co-ordinating with vendors, sub-contractors

Labour management

Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required


Qualification and Skills:
A degree in civil engineering

Total work experience of 8+ years

Proven on-site working experience leading a luxury residential project or a resort

Proficiency in visualisations software such as AutoCAD

Strong communication, project management and supervision skills

₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
