    Description
    Line Cook/Kitchen Manager at Grand Stand Sports Pub instead the Event Center at Grand Park

    Responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.Employment Type: Part-time with the potential for full-time for suitable candidates

    Work Schedule:
    • Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
    • Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
    • Weekends: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Times subject to change depending on events)

    Qualifications:
    • Preferred: Serve Safe certification; if not certified, we will facilitate certification
    Responsibilities:
    • Execute line cooking duties during service
    • Prepare ingredients and dishes as needed
    • Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are upheld
    • Organize, clean, and maintain stock levels
    • Assist with special events as required
    • Support dishwashing tasks when necessary

    Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
