In this role, you'll create groundbreaking, social-first campaigns on one of the world's greatest tech brands. You're someone who sees social trends before they're trends and knows how to conceptualize, create, and put things out into the world at the speed of culture.

    You'll be joining a diverse group of creatives that shift culture through work like Good Humor x RZA's new take on the ice cream jingle, eBay's Drive-Thru Authentication Station, and the KFC 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog.     We're looking for a creative that has a passion for pop culture, technology and social media. Someone who is just as comfortable thinking of earned ideas as they are thinking of the kind of content you want to see in your feed. From Tiktoks to Tweets, we want someone who can lead a team from the concept to client presentation, and quickly to people's feeds, and not be afraid to roll their sleeves up along the way. We're not just looking to make filler content, we want to make fun, witty, unexpected work that gets noticed.

    You will be joining a team diverse of creatives who are collaborative, curious, smart, and kind, and we're looking for a leader that will continue to foster that.

    Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with social strategists and senior account to lead the creative team to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences and content
  • Lead, create, and sell in campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches that are earned-first and/or social by design
  • Recognize and develop great ideas and pushing them forward – as the cohesive team lead of art directors, copywriters, designers and more to bring the creative process to life
  • Work in concert with a wide range of specialties including account, strategy, project management, and influencer marketing
  • Develop and deliver creative concepts and ideas, founded in insights, across all platforms for briefs and new business pitches
  • Create work that is consistent with the brand's personality and will differentiates the client from the competition
  • Advance platform idea and work with planning function to determine parameters for success
  • Understand client's brand and category in order to develop work that is consistent with the brand's personality and will differentiates the client from the competition
  • Recognize and develop great ideas and pushing them forward – as the cohesive team lead of art directors, copy editors, designers and more to bring the creative process to life
  • Work hand-in-hand with senior account lead to see projects from ideas to activation, effectively completing projects of high quality within timeframe and budget
  • Work in conjunction with account teams, planners and strategists to direct the visual/verbal expression of brand building ideas to drive media coverage, buzz and brandWhat You Bring:
  • At least 10 years of creative agency experience (some in-house is okay, as long as it was a great house)
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in an advertising related field
  • A killer online portfolio with a nice mix of traditional, digital, and social creative
  • A love for (and an active use of) social media
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a smile
  • Willingness to push your craft, get your hands dirty and make great things
  • Social fluency and a solid understanding of how to drive conversation and engagement across social channels
  • A natural flare for the unique, the buzz-worthy and the culturally relevant
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment$99,000 - $175,000 a year
