Business System Analyst at Ryder

Are you ready to join our team as a Business System Analyst at Ryder? In this role, you will play a crucial part in troubleshooting and supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or Transportation Management System (TMS) applications.

Summary

The System Business Analysts are responsible for troubleshooting WMS and TMS applications, supporting hardware and network issues, and assisting in incident resolution for the Operations Team.

Essential Functions

Assist with managing Service Now incident tickets, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
Document recurring issues, propose long-term improvements, and manage hardware and IT assets in the facility.
Take care of day-to-day account items like Compare Reports, Error Managers, and WMS/TMS access.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide support for Customer Enhancements, Service Requests, and Continuous Customer Improvement; attend meetings with customers, and perform other assigned duties.

Skills and Abilities

Demonstrate initiative, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing conditions.
Working knowledge of WMS and TMS software/hardware.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED required.
Associate's degree in Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry.
Experience with WMS/TMS knowledge and support preferred.
Hardware and network knowledge preferred.
