- Collaborate with fleet customers and various departments to implement fleet development integrations with Online Parts Counter.
- Identify business requirements, review deliverables, and propose process improvements.
- Research solutions, address risks related to OPC, and provide training for dealers and fleet customers.
- Offer continual support to dealers and fleet customers and maintain project documents.
- Report project status, communicate with management, and drive engagement and adoption of OPC.
- Stay updated on technology solutions and industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong presentation and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of dealership and fleet operations.

- Experience creating business requirements documentation and understanding IT acumen.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience.
- Exposure to IT Project Management methodologies.
- Advanced PM training (e.g., PMP) or Six Sigma certification preferred.
