    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at Tapestry. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing sexual and reproductive health care services, conducting health assessments, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, prescribing medications, and educating patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles. The Nurse Practitioner will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

    Qualifications
    • Valid Nurse Practitioner license
    • Experience in sexual and reproductive health care
    • Knowledge of HIV health and prevention
    • Ability to conduct health assessments and diagnose common illnesses
    • Prescriptive authority and knowledge of medication management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
    • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
