Job summary:
This job is responsible for the daily operation of the SFX Makeup, Prosthetics & Wigs Department's team and functions including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness, safety procedures and execution including pre-production tests fittings rehearsals production and strike.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling onboarding training daily operations daily assignments tracking of work while monitoring quality control for all applications maintenance produced by team performs proper timely administration of daily payroll/time keeping coaches monitors tracks work processes instructs daily techniques procedures maintains staffing levels hires new team members as needed communicates consistently gives feedback recognition improvement provides counseling coaching timely performance reviews Hourly Team Members
- Maintains SFX makeup prosthetics wigs inventory department materials supplies designated inventory system upholds quality control ensure consistency integrity safety comfort guest satisfaction approved looks being worn stage trains works closely performing artists application beauty makeup wigs preserves integrity each look assists Performers removal wigs prosthetic hair pieces needed research sources/vendors requested standard equipment supplies materials alternative substitutions applicable identifies cost saving opportunities when possible
