Do You Lead From the Top? Roofing Field Superintendent Needed

Are you a proven leader with a passion for quality roofing and a strong safety record? We're looking for a results-oriented Roofing Field Superintendent to join our growing team

As a roofing superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily roofing operations and crew performance on multiple projects
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage up to 3 roofing crews developing each team.
• Enforcing strict safety protocols on all job sites
• Conducting regular safety inspections and maintaining a safe work environment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Ordering materials and managing inventory
• Scheduling and coordinating crews and subcontractors
• Resolving project issues and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate project documentation

To be successful, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate crews
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention

Here's the skinny on the pay and benefits.

Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 plus potential bonuses up to $8,000.00

After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
