In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our marketing team in the planning, promotion, and execution of successful events.

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our events, utilizing social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising.
Create compelling content for event promotion, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Coordinate logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rentals.
Support in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in event marketing.
Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee engagement.
Assist in post-event evaluation and reporting, gathering feedback and insights for future enhancements.
Perform administrative tasks and offer general support to the marketing team as required.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and event planning.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
