Must have skills:

Business Analyst with Mortgage with Strong communication skillsNote: Salesforce skills are preferred and not mandateLook for a "Business analyst" or a "Business systems analyst" who is good at system analysis along with data modelling and SQL queries.

Must have solid hands-on experience with Mortgage LOS origination at least for 4+ yrs.

Last the candidate should know at least FSC in salesforce (Financial services cloud) or should be willing to learn it.

Essential Job Functions:
Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.

Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems accessActs as a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and others in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performanceAnalyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.

Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in trainingIdentifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changesConducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements.

Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionalityObtains detailed, in-depth and expert knowledge of the assigned business processes and creates requirement documents for development and testingConsistently challenges the IT and business teams to improve all aspects of their processesDetermine changes across existing systems to achieve required functionalityDefine and decompose requirements to finer details including workflows, business rules, UX/UI mockups keeping within constraints of existing platforms and systemsPrepare user interface requirement specificationPerform data exchange requirement specificationFinalize data definitions for all fields in user interface or integrationsPrepare data mappings between values systems and modules.

Job EligibilityBachelors Degree from a Four (4) year College or UniversityFinancial services / mortgage banking / marketing experience.
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesBusiness analysis skills are required.
Ability to interface with all levels of the business to define business and functional requirements.

Support business and IT teams, including requirements gathering and project management for new development and integration projects with little or no direction.
