Lead Quality Assurance/Quality Control - QA/QC ExpertLocation: Can be remote but willing to come to Sacramento, CA when needed

2 yearState Client / PrimevendorMandatory Qualifications.t least three (3) years of experience managing Quality Control and Quality Assurance for a large and complex IT system* project which includes: Maintaining the project's Quality Management Plan; Managing QA/QC activities including providing updates to the project's integrated master schedule; Developing, measuring, and maintaining test matrices for all types of testing coverage, reporting testing progress to plan (e.g., velocity), and providing testing metrics that demonstrate overall system quality; Identifying lessons learned for the QA/QC engagement.t least three (3) years of experience leading and overseeing a user acceptance testing team for a large and complex IT system that leveraged software development lifecycle methodologies such as waterfall, hybrid agile, etc., including experience with user acceptance test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and testing tools.

A solution that has at least one hundred (100) internal end users and one hundred thousand (100,000) external users; and ? A solution that provides a secure data exchange interface with multiple external systems.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONt least one (1) year experience with a California state agency or department performing quality assurance and/or testing activities.t least three (3) years of experience as a test lead coordinating and collaborating with a prime vendor/system integrator's development and testing team.t least three (3) years of experience developing test case scenarios to perform positive and negative testing of requirements to ensure forward and backwards traceabilityt least three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage the end-to-end test process, including developing real time reports, configuring test activity dashboards, etc 5.

The SOS estimates a minimum of a one full-time equivalent (FTE) engagement that can be met by one (1) or two (2)

Resources (maximum 2 Resources) to provide the services specified in this SOW. Only the following Technology, Digital and Data Consulting Master Service Agreement (TDDC-MSA) Classifications are allowed for this engagement and one (1) of these Classifications must be identified for each Resource:
Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, or Analyst.1)

Classification - Senior Software Engineer Secretary of State Experience:

This Classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.


Education:
This Classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.2)

Classification - Software Engineer Experience:

This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.


Education:
This Classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.3)

Classification - Analyst Experience:
This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.

This Classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Resource References The Offeror must provide two (2) references for each proposed Resource from previous clients for whom Quality Assurance/Quality Control services have been performed.
