Safety and DOL Compliance Coordinator - Lubbock, TX

Primary Utility Services LLC is seeking a Safety & Compliance Technician to support their safety operations. The role involves proctoring DOL testing conducting tool audits overseeing tool conditioning and assisting with day-to-day safety compliance activities in the field.
Responsibilities
- Proctor administer DOL DOT company-required testing in accordance with federal regulations and company policies Ensure all testing is conducted properly confidentially documented accurately Maintain required testing records coordinate with Safety HR on compliance tracking Support drug alcohol testing processes including post-accident reasonable suspicion random testing coordination as assigned Serve as point of contact for testing logistics procedural questions Conduct routine audits of company tools equipment ensure safety compliance operational readiness Inspect tools condition damage wear comply company regulatory standards Oversee tool conditioning tagging removal from service repair coordination replacement tracking Maintain accurate documentation inspections findings corrective actions Work closely supervisors fleet warehouse personnel ensure tools meet jobsite requirements Provide field-level safety support crews utility oilfield projects Assist safety inspections observations hazard identification Reinforce companysafety policies expectations professional respectful manner Support incident documentation follow-up directed Safety Department Assist safettraining orientations briefings needed Maintained organized records related totesting audits inspections Input track data companysystems required Communicate findings trends concerns Safetyleadership Support auditsofregulatory reviews as needed
