- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provision
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the income tax-related accounts
- Prepare financial statement supporting documentation as requested
Manage the income tax third-party preparer for estimated payments, extension filings, and tax return delivery - Aggregate necessary financial data and prepare working papers supporting tax computations
- Develop analytical procedures to provide better analysis to the finance team
- Maintain technical expertise through research platforms, training seminars, etc. and disseminate to key team members
- Researching and interpreting tax guidance through CCH/RIA knowledge platforms
- Engage in tax savings and refund opportunities both internally and with third-party consultants
- Manage income tax audits as they occur
- Address income tax and business notices as they occur
- Assist in compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international tax laws and regulations
- Experience with tax software and research tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in a consulting firm is a plus

As a Corporate Tax Specialist you will be responsible for the income tax profile (income tax provision, compliance, and planning) for the US operations and will support a wide array of projects engaging in technical application and process improvement.
