    What We're Looking For

    6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
    A collaborative, pragmatic, and user-centric approach.
    Proficiency in tackling performance and optimization issues.
    Versatility across various web and server codebases, with deep knowledge of relational database systems.
    Ability to adapt to new systems and write maintainable, well-tested code.
    Comfort with a remote-first working style.
    Eagerness to cultivate a strong, positive engineering culture.
