Description

We have an exciting opportunity for IT Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity in Yoakum, Texas. The role Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.

Experience

• 4 years of experience providing white-glove executive level support
• 5 years of experience providing end-user support 5 Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
• 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
• 4 years of experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
• Preferred (Optional): insert specific preferred skills for this Contract Position)

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years of experience creating technical knowledge articles
• 4 years of experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
• Experience working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
