    Retail Lead Associate will assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the retail store.

    Responsibilities

    • Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
    • The Retail Sales Lead shall have the same duties and responsibilities as the Retail Sales Clerk, along with the following additional duties and responsibilities.
    • Carry out the assignments given by the store manager and see that clerks carry out assigned duties.
    • Assist store management in the training of new sales clerks and keep store management informed of training progress.
    • Help with processing store paperwork and receive product as directed.
    • Assist with opening and closing duties as directed, including assisting clerks with deposits and drops.
    • Maintain security at all times in the store.
    • As directed ensure housekeeping is being attended to in the store, as well as stocking, folding and display maintenance.
    • Emphasize customer service at all times to clerks.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Previous Xanterra Parks & Resorts retail experience
    • Ability to carry out assignments on time and as directed.
    • Good communication skills with the willingness to interact with a broad cross-section of customers.
