    Job Title:

    Software Development Manager

    About the Role:

    This role involves managing and guiding staff development and supporting technology business management processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage and guide a diverse team of software developers, QA analysts, and other IT professionals to deliver high-quality, secure client-facing applications.
    • Drive Technical Excellence: Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment with business needs, overseeing the development, integration, and maintenance of business solutions.
    • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Manage the full Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC), from discovery through implementation, and drive incident and problem resolution.
    • Strategic Vendor Management: Handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing purchase orders, to support a diverse portfolio of custom-built and SaaS applications.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in software development management, Agile methodologies, and software development standards.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
    • Technical expertise in languages such as Angular, .Net Core/C#, Java/J2EE/Spring, and experience with common OS and RDBMS.
    • Minimum of 7 years of work experience delivering custom and SaaS based enterprise systems, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a management capacity.
