    We are helping our client hire a proactive, forward-thinking Workplace Coordinator to take ownership of their San Francisco HQ Food and Beverage program and assist with additional workplace tasks as assigned. Here is the job description from the client.

    Duties:

    This individual will need to be a self-starter who is innovative and thinks outside the box.

    Overview of role responsibilities:

    • Oversee Food and Beverage Operations in our SF HQ office.
    • Manage Budget of our F&B program.
    • Manage lunch, snacks, and barista vendors.
    • Enhance the F&B program and offerings.
    • Daily walk-throughs of kitchens/cafes.
    • Report maintenance and schedule repairs of kitchen equipment.
    • Be innovative and bring new F&B ideas to the table.
    • Focus on the cleanliness and tidiness of our kitchens.
    • Manage inventory of kitchen and cafe supplies.
    • Develop a culture of Connection and Belonging through F&B.
    • Update records and documentation of the F&B program.
    • Ensure all F&B vendors follow the security protocols.
    • Assist with event set-ups & room configurations.
    • Support other workplace tasks as assigned.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Works and collaborates well with others.
    • High attention to detail and organization.
    • Strong social skills and a positive attitude.
    • Required in office 5 days a week with an 8:00 AM start time.
    • 3+ years experience supporting a workplace, facilities, or office management team.
    • Experience using Google Suite & Slack.
    • Experience with Canva is a plus.
