The Manager Medical Affairs has responsibility for daily projects related to drug information requests, medical education grants, scientific exchange support, and field support for US WorldMeds employees and associated vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver results that meet and exceed corporate goalsSupport scientific exchange activities across USWM products
Leads medical information services and manages the medical information provider
Writes medically and scientifically accurate documents for dissemination externally
Manages medical education and independent study grant requests from external organizations and HCPs
Makes presentations to key external and internal customers as needed
Supports USWM product planning and execution across functions with particular emphasis to working with marketing, sales, reimbursement, and clinical when needed and as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree related to science/medical field, preferably in nursing or pharmacy
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry including through an
internship/externship
a plus
Ability to travel 20%
