Job Responsibilities
Utilize instructional design principles and technology to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that impact the organization as a whole.
Build, maintain, and manage relationships and partnerships with internal groups to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and/or changes in policies, procedures, regulations, or technologies.
Partner with Legal on compliance courses and ensure that training programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements as well as include current documentation and organizational policies.
Collect feedback, analyze results, and make recommendations for improvementsFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Support the Learning Management System and serves as an administrator
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3+ years of Learning and Development experience
Certificates & Licenses:
Training and/or Curriculum and Instructional Design certifications preferred.
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in e-learning authoring, design tools (e.g. Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond) and learning management systems,
Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong presentation/delivery skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Strong time management, analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must have the flexibility and adaptability to work with multiple projects and deadlines in a fast, fluid, and dynamic environment.
Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Ability to travel up to 30%

$53,708.00 to $87,524.00
Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
