Valiant is seeking a Sr. Computer Network Technologist I for W-TRS.


Potential locations could include:

California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Hawaii, Korea, Germany, and potential additional CONUS locations.

Valiant is looking for an experienced, Sr. Computer Network Technologists (CNTs) I to join our professional team at Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), Germany. The Sr.

CNT I assists in the supervision, coordination and management of the support of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Instrumentation System (IS) to include Military Operations In Urban Terrain (MOUT) instrumentation, Live Fire (LF) instrumentation, Fiber Optic Network (FON) components, Tactical Engagement Simulations Systems (TESS), and modular mobile components used in deployed rotations.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Sr. CNT II to ensure that the JMRC-IS is fully operational and available for scheduled support missions.
Work on the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Instrumentation System (IS) and may supervise other employees.

Capture data for input for unit After Action Reviews (AARs).Make accurate, timely and complete entries into the Management Information System (MIS).Network JMRC-IS hardware and software including configurations using Windows, MAC O/S, and Linux.

As required, assists with JMRC-IS deployment to and recovery from a rotation at a location other than HTA.Some travel may be required.

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate.
Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height.
Willing to work a flexible workweek.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS.


Basic Qualifications:
An active Secret clearanceS./B.A. in Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics4 years of experience as a Computer Network Technologist or related position within the last 6 years with the JMRC-ISSupervisorial experience preferredStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skillsProficient in the use of MS Office productsMust be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver's license and Post driving privilegesMust be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipmentMust be detailed oriented


D esired Skills:
Previous Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) experience highly desired
