    POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
    The Chicago Program Coordinator oversees class set-up, customer management, partnership retention and supports partnership growth within the region. You will communicate with partners to clarify and update coach requirements and class programming specifics (times/dates/age groupings, etc)


    You will work behind the scenes using data to ensure classes are set up in our system, you will use proactive planning and clear communication to Soccer Stars management and Partner Directors to ensure a positive class experience for our partners.
