Title: Third Party Partner Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid (Brooklyn OH

Duration: 12 months contract (with possible extension)

Employment Type: W-2

Job Description:

• Oversee the management and completion of company's third-party compliance requests

Responsibilities:

• Complete annual, quarterly, and one-off compliance tasks by or before their due date
• Engage with managers and stakeholders within ETS, internal risk partners, and vendor contacts to gather required information to complete tasks
• Track status and completion of tasks in Excel
• Pull reporting from GRC (our Governance, Risk and Compliance portal) on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Experience with PowerPoint
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management

Minimum Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in a GRC Analyst / Third Party Risk & Compliance role

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
