    A Corporate Accounting Manager position in Westminster, CO is available through LHH The Corporate Accounting Manager position will be integral in centralizing the back-office functions for four member companies and aiding the CFO in improving month end close, financial reporting and consolidating service offerings.

    Perform tasks for a wide range of needs, encompassing everything from providing sporadic transactional accounting help for the member companies to creating board reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

    The team is in the early stages of building out the corporate structure so this will be a key hire with opportunity to put your fingerprints on the department and help build a staff.


    Corporate Accounting Manager responsibilities:

    • With company controllers, own and improve the month end close process.
    • Creation of monthly financial statements, financial reporting packages, board presentations and bank reporting package.
    • Assist in daily cash flow monitoring and 13-week cash flow creation.
    • Create and update monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Complete ad-hoc financial analysis, including monitoring of KPIs.
    • Assist CFO and company controllers in standardizing processes and service offerings.
    • Manage AR/AP and credit reporting. Performance transaction accounting work as necessary.
    • Consolidate and improve credit card reporting process.
    • Install and maintain fixed asset software and reporting.
    • Aid in annual audit and tax preparation.
    • Maintain effective working relationships with Regional Controllers and General Managers. Actively participate in related team meetings.
    • Immediately escalate all risk situations or special inquiries to CFO.
    • Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
    • Complete special projects as required.
    • Maintain ability to travel as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA preferred.
    • A minimum of 8 years experience in the Accounting field.
    • Supervisory experience of at least 3-5 people.
    • Experience with multiple ERP systems
    $90,000 - $120,000 with a 10-20% bonus DOE
