    Culture for Growth | Top Notch Employee Health & Well Being Benefits | Every Voice Matters | Global Reach We are currently seeking a Director of Heating Sales to join our dynamic Air Solutions team in Alpharetta GAIn this role, you will lead the Heating Sales and Support team, responsible for growing LG Air Conditioning Technologies' sales and market share in residential and commercial heating solutions, including water heating, air-to-water heat pumps, and hybrid heating systems.

    Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the heating sector, including identifying potential contractors, commercial national accounts, and specifiers.

    Prioritize partner conversion targets and assess the necessary investment for long-term partner relationships, including training, programming, product requirements, and marketing support.


    Sales Execution:
    Directly oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of all heating activities at assigned distribution and sales representatives

    Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional experts, subject matter experts, energy specialists, operational teams, engineering, technical experts, financial analysts, and legal support, as needed, to ensure successful strategy development and execution for LG's heating business

    Training and Education:
    Develop and deliver heating products and marketing training to sales agencies, distributors, contractors, and specifiers. Support existing channels in acquiring products, product support materials, and training as required.


    Innovation:
    Provide new and creative ideas to enhance account preference for LG products, ultimately leading to increased market share and improved sales results

    Communication:
    Effectively communicate heating-related policies, strategies, and objectives to customers and channel partners.

    To be successful you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree is required, MBA desirable.
    • Ten years of responsibility in sales Leadership with the management of a progressive sales team, with a proven track record of providing leadership to large organizations.
    • Track record of Leading sales strategies with Project Owners, Large Development firms, Commercial Architecture, and Professional engineering firms.
    • Significant expertise in the heating industry with preferred experience in VRF space
    • Strong relationship in the plumbing distribution industry
    • Outstanding communications skills
    • Strong capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.

    Base Salary $152,000-198,000In addition to the above, LG believes that pay transparency is a key part of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
