Job summary
This role provides expert-level support on critical service issues, drives resolution of complex system failures and serves as a regional escalation resource for building automation challenges.The Senior Lead Technician operates independently in the field, leads technical execution on complex service activities and small projects,
maintains accurate service documentation including work orders, technical reports and system updates,
and mentors technicians to provide hands-on training in controls systems troubleshooting methodology and best practices.
