The Role

We are seeking a Health Informaticist to support the delivery of informatics services to one of our Market Performance Partners (MPPs). The scope of health informatics services includes education and training, new hire onboarding, clinical workflow support, workflow development/enhancement, and ensuring our end-users' overall mastery of the electronic health record and associated technologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide direct onsite client-facing support as a health informaticist, including on-call support.
• Support new projects/technology implementations by completing current state assessments, participating in future state design, or providing implementation/adoption support.
• Proactively use data to assess where there are opportunities to drive adoption of technology.
• Support health informatics trainers team with the development and roll out of educational content to all end-users.
• Leverage change management strategies and tactics to support clinical end-users and ensure overall adoption of new workflows.
• Assess opportunities for technology improvements with data in collaboration with clinician feedback to understand workflows, define problems, and recommend and implement solutions.
• Serve as the client Health Informaticist for optimization solution implementations.
• Reviews testing scripts and validates build to ensure clinical relevancy.
• Participates in end-user validation activities.
• Build consensus among client stakeholders who play a critical role in the clients ability to successfully implement the identified solutions.
• Provide action plans for areas where performance is not tracking to target.
• Collaborate with account delivery leaders to ensure health informatics services are delivered effectively to clients.

Requirements

• A drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of experience working with Epic in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading small to large-scale optimization projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Located within a commutable distance to Owensboro, Kentucky.
