    Part-time admin assistant for busy catering company and event venue

    Qualifications:
    • Catering-specific experience preferred
    • Detail oriented and organized
    • Impeccable communication skills required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Proficient with QuickBooks
    • Ability to create and maintain systems of organization
    • Food Handlers Card required
    • OLCC Certification preferred
    Job Details:
    • Responsible for communicating with clients through email, phone and in person meetings
    • Responsible for drafting estimates and invoices
    • Responsible for communicating with kitchen staff regarding client's needs
    • Responsible for general organization and clean up of event venue inventory
    • Assist with event set up and break down
    • Collaborate with owner to fulfill needs for specific events
    • Work events on and off-site
