- Demonstrates efficient labor control, inventory management, and waste reduction
- Fosters team members' growth and development
- Provides learning opportunities for all team members
- Offers guidance and coaching to team members consistently and effectively
- Operates with tools to bring operational excellence among team members
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Experience in sales, P&L analysis, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record in successful hiring and retention practices
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- ServeSafe Certification
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
