    Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Investor Relations


    As the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing our financial communications strategy.

    Reporting directly to the SVP of Investor Relations, you will set the direction and run day to day operations for IR, working closely with the CFO and other company leaders on strategy, capital allocation, and competitive intelligence

    Responsibilities


    • Partner with the SVP of Investor Relations, Head of Communications and CFO to develop and execute the company's long-range financial communication strategy.
    • Develop strategy and oversee execution for all investor outreaches.
    • Prepare senior leader and Board presentations regarding investor sentiment and factors affecting valuation.
    • Build and refine investor presentations + craft narratives for quarterly earnings reports.
    • Engage in conversations with sell-side research analysts and investors to communicate the company's vision and financial performance.
    • Support the company's capital activities, including M&A, debt financing, etc.
    • Serve on the disclosure committee, overseeing the production and accuracy of quarterly SEC filings.
    • Provide strategic feedback to key internal stakeholders, including competitive intelligence and analysis of competitive peer performance.
    • Be a leader in investor relations for a ~$6B+ public company
    • Opportunity to influence decision making at high levels of the company
    • Build and maintain relationships with top institutional investors
    • Partner closely with finance, communications, policy, accounting, legal, and corporate development to drive continuous improvement
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications / Skills


    • Relevant years of experience in investor relations, preferably with a sell-side or buy-side background and knowledge of professional services / software
    • You are a student of public markets, investor psychology, and corporate strategy
    • You're a first principles thinker with strong analytical skills
    • You have the conviction to influence senior leaders and the humility to be influenced by anyone with a good idea
    • You will have complex ideas and financial models into clear messages and actionable ideas, both verbally and in writing
    • You build strong cross functional relationships
    • You're capable of setting and owning IR strategy, tactics, and goals
    • You are willing to travel for investor conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows, and company events
    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


    • Expertise in Investor Relations and Corporate Security valuation.
    • Deep knowledge of the information/business services sector.
    • Expert communicator with ability to successfully develop and convey corporate messaging and content.
    • Equity analyst with experience on both the buy side as well as sell side.
    • Deep and wide exposure across multiple sectors
    The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
